Terms and Conditions
The return of products is accepted by the terms and conditions mentioned below and complies with the rights of consumers in contracts concluded with professionals, as well as for amending and supplementing certain normative acts.
Products ordered online can be returned without the need to state any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving them. Before the expiration of the withdrawal period, the consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract without having to justify the decision to withdraw and without incurring any costs, within 14 calendar days starting from the day the consumer physically takes possession of the product.
In the case of legal entities (which do not have consumer status), we reserve the right to accept product returns and consider their value as an advance for future orders or to decline the return request.
Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer.
The refund is processed within 20 business days of receiving the product.
The cost of transportation is the responsibility of the customer, and in the case of a return, the transportation fee paid upon delivery will not be refunded.
Products must be returned in their original packaging.
The returned product must be in the same condition as it was delivered;
The consumer is only responsible for any decrease in the value of the products resulting from their handling, different from what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products.
The seller will refund the value of the product within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date reabeautyevolution.com is informed by the Consumer of their decision to withdraw from the contract and accept the return. Reabeautyevolution.com may postpone the refund of the product’s value until the receipt of the sold product or until the receipt of proof that it has been shipped, in case reabeautyevolution.com has not offered to recover the product itself (the most recent date shall be considered). The money corresponding to the returned products will be refunded after the products have been checked, following the agreement on the refund method or according to legal procedures.
